Low volume vs. high volume nasal hygiene. The future of nasal hygiene.

Dr. Gustavo Ferrer

Although the recent advent of a vaccine and other therapeutic aids in our fight against COVID-19 has brought us a step closer to controlling the pandemic, our fight is far from over. Handwashing, masks, and social distancing practices are considered reasonable measures to control the spread of the disease and have been well accepted by government officials and public health officials despite scarce and conflicting scientific evidence. Taking into consideration the aforementioned measures, there is an additional perhaps overlooked practice that warrants our attention-nasal disinfection and hygiene. The need is clear but what to use and how to use it remains unclear. Commercially available tools range from the high volume of liquid to low volume creating confusion for the scientific community and unfortunately the public. We will explore the evidence and value for each and build the appropriate recommendations. All are based on high-quality research evidence.

The Future of Natural Medicine: Understanding Frequencies for Humans and Pets

Mas Sajady

Why are we humans the unhealthiest we have ever been, despite all the advances in medicine and technology? Why are our pets afflicted with human diseases? Even if we could have the best life conditions – non-GMO foods, a clean environment, less stress – we would still be subject to aging and health issues stemming from genetics and society.

A new science called Xponential Intelligence (XI), a fusion of Quantum Neuroscience and the power of frequencies, can bring phenomenal opportunities for accessing our natural healing abilities and aging younger.

When the Sunshine Vitamin Met The Miracle Mineral: Why magnesium is essential in ensuring safe supplementation of Vitamin D

Candy Gordon-Fordyce

Good Health Naturally explore the little-known but critical role magnesium plays in achieving and maintaining optimal, safe Vitamin D levels. Although awareness surrounding Vitamin D supplementation is growing and has received significant media hype, many people don’t realise that low magnesium levels can render Vitamin D ineffective and potentially harmful. Addressing the fact that without sufficient magnesium levels, Vitamin D simply cannot be metabolised by the body, GHN then delve deeper into the consequences of taking Vitamin D supplements when magnesium levels aren’t high enough…before explaining why magnesium is the key to striking the right balance of this vital vitamin.

Back to the roots: Herbs as a cure for us and our microbiome

Alisa Kazarina, MSc Pharm, Researcher

Natural biodiversity of animals and plants is declining across the globe due to human activity. Modern day technology enables us to detect same biodiversity changes in human body at the microbial level. Decades-long continuous loss of our ancestral microbial diversity correlates with global rise of chronic non-communicable diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, immune disorders, mental health conditions.

Recent scientific studies indicate that herbal medicine has a potential for boosting human gut microbiome diversity, health and balance. Healthy and diverse gut microbiome, in its turn, more efficiently activates ingested herbal ingredients, maximizing their benefits for entire body’s systems.
